Tragic Discovery: Teen Found Dead in Seelampur's Central Park

On Friday night, a 16-year-old boy was discovered lying in a pool of blood at Central Park in Seelampur, Delhi, as reported by local authorities. An official stated that the body was located around 11:30 PM on May 16 by a police constable who was on patrol near a park bench and pathway.
